Art is my Therapy
Together, we aspire to create a safe space where we can use art to explore life’s challenges as a collective. We want this space to be a container for understanding and support.
In this setting, we share a piece of art, and hold space for whatever that piece evokes. We then engage in an open conversation and transmute our feelings and thoughts through a Creative expression workshop.
